Calming Herbal Teas (for Humans) That Help Relax Dogs Too

Many calming teas contain herbs with gentle sedative or anti-anxiety properties. When brewed for humans, they provide relaxation, and when carefully prepared, some herbs can also be safe in small amounts for dogs.
